At Saarr Fabrics, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

📦 Return Eligibility

We only accept returns in the following cases:

• The product is damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
• Proof (clear images/videos) must be provided

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Slight color differences (due to screen lighting)
• Fabric texture expectations
• Used, washed, or cut fabrics

🔁 Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges for:

• Defective products
• Incorrect items delivered

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

💰 Refund Policy

• Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed
• Refunds are issued via:
  • Bank transfer
  • Easypaisa / JazzCash (for Pakistan)

Refund processing time: 3–7 business days

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers may be required to return the product before receiving a refund
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• In case of damaged or wrong product, we may cover return shipping (case dependent)
