At Saarr Fabrics, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation policy below:

🕒 Order Cancellation Time

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

After this time, your order may already be processed or shipped, and cancellation may not be possible.

🚫 Orders Already Shipped

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy (if applicable).

🧵 Customized or Cut Fabric Orders

Orders that involve cut fabric or customized lengths cannot be canceled once processing has started, as they are prepared specifically for you.

💰 Refund for Canceled Orders

• If your order is successfully canceled within the allowed time, a full refund will be issued
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days (depending on your payment method)

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity

In such cases, customers will be notified and issued a full refund.
